ENN Natural Gas Co., Ltd. (referred to as ENN Natural Gas (600803.SH)) submitted its Hong Kong IPO prospectus on December 17, 2025, which expired 6 months later on June 17, 2026. CICC was its sole sponsor at the time of submission.
According to the previous prospectus, ENN Natural Gas is the largest private natural gas company in China and ranks third among all market participants in the natural gas industry, covering the whole natural gas industry chain. As of June 30, 2025, the company served over 32 million residential users and 290,000 commercial and industrial customers. According to Frost & Sullivan, in terms of retail gas sales volume in 2024, the company is the largest private urban gas enterprise in China.
