Lai Sun Group Holdings (00526) announced that it expects to achieve a net profit of not less than RMB 115 million for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026 (current year), as compared to a net profit of approximately RMB 35.7 million in the same period last year. The Board of Directors believes that the increase in profit is mainly due to the following reasons: in the current year, the Group expects a decrease in valuation losses due to the revaluation of investment properties; and in the current year, the Group expects a decrease in impairment losses on financial assets and contract assets.
