China Oral IND(08406): Deng Xin resigns as Independent Non-Executive Director

CHINA ORAL IND (08406) announced that the resolution on re-electing Ms. Deng Xin as an independent non-executive director under item 2(a)(ii) was not passed at the shareholders' annual general meeting. Therefore, Ms. Deng has resigned as an independent non-executive director, effective from the end of the shareholders' annual general meeting on June 15, 2026. Following Ms. Deng's resignation as an independent non-executive director, she will no longer serve as a member of the Company's Audit Committee and Chairperson of the Company's Remuneration Committee. Mr. Geng Chuanlong has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Remuneration Committee, effective from June 15, 2026.
