Oriental Media Group (00018) announced that on June 15, 2026, Pacific Resort (an indirectly non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a share repurchase agreement with seller PACIFIC RESORT INVESTMENT PTY LTD and Dongbang (an indirectly wholly owned subsidiary of the company). According to this agreement, the seller has conditionally agreed to sell, while Pacific Resort has conditionally agreed to repurchase the repurchased shares (which represent 10% of Pacific Resort's total issued share capital) for a total price of 2.829 million Australian dollars (equivalent to approximately 15.616 million Hong Kong dollars).
ORIENTAL M G (00018) announced that on June 15, 2026, Pacific Resort (an indirectly held non-wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) entered into a share repurchase agreement with the seller, PACIFIC RESORT INVESTMENT PTY LTD, and Dongbang (an indirectly held wholly owned subsidiary of the Company). Under the agreement, the seller conditionally agreed to sell, and Pacific Resort conditionally agreed to repurchase, a portion of the shares (accounting for 10% of Pacific Resort's total issued share capital) for a price of 2.829 million Australian dollars (equivalent to approximately 15.616 million Hong Kong dollars). Upon completion, Pacific Resort will become an indirectly held wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. As of the date of this announcement, Pacific Resort mainly engages in property investment business in Australia. Its major investment property is a hotel located in Sydney. The hotel continues to generate stable franchise fee income for the Group and provides expected cash flow. After the share repurchase, the Group's economic interest in Pacific Resort will increase from 90% to 100%. Therefore, after the share repurchase, the Group will be able to fully enjoy the future operating cash flow of Pacific Resort. As a wholly owned subsidiary, the Group will also have full operational control and flexibility over Pacific Resort.
