ZIJING INTL FIN (08340) announced that Mr. Li Junwei has resigned from the positions of Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, member of the Remuneration Committee, and Authorized Representative of the Company (in accordance with Rule 5.24 of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange GEM), with effect from June 15, 2026, in order to devote more time to other business responsibilities. Following Mr. Li's resignation as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, member of the Remuneration Committee, and Authorized Representative, Mr. Ma Jian, an Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, member of the Remuneration Committee, and Authorized Representative, with effect from June 15, 2026.
