According to the prospectus, Zhenjiankang Medical is the pioneer in the domestic percutaneous puncture & ablation surgery Siasun Robot & Automation field, with a market share of 36.4% in China by 2025 (delivering 6 devices in 2025, including 2 TH-S, 1 TH-P, 1 TH-S Pro, and 2 TH-X MW). The latest prospectus shows that Zhenjiankang Medical has obtained eight Class III medical device registration certificates (including two innovative products approved through the Innovative Medical Management equipment special review process excluding consumables) and two Class II medical device registration certificates (excluding consumables), and has established an intelligent medical Siasun Robot & Automation product matrix based on "percutaneous puncture, precise treatment" as the core. It is worth noting that the core product developed independently by Zhenjiankang Medical, the puncture surgery navigation positioning system TH-S model, has been recognized by the Chinese National Medical Products Administration as "domestically innovative", while the key product navigation positioning microwave ablation system TH-X MW model has been recognized as "internationally innovative" by the Chinese National Medical Products Administration.
