BOAN BIOTECH (06955) rose by more than 5%, reaching an increase of 4.37% by the time of publication, at HK$5.02, with a trading volume of 18.1532 million Hong Kong dollars. On the news front, BOAN BIOTECH announced last night that the company has reached an authorization agreement with a partner on the commercial rights of the Dularitide peptide injection BA5101 in the U.S. market. Under the agreement, the partner will be responsible for commercializing the product in the U.S. (including filing for market approval, sales, etc.), and the company will receive upfront payments, milestone payments, and sales royalties. The announcement stated that BA5101, based on the company's global development strategy, was independently developed and approved for listing in China in August 2025. It is the world's first and currently the only approved biosimilar of Trulicity in the world. The product has also been approved for clinical trials in the U.S. and is planned to be commercialized in multiple countries and regions in the future.
