Yadong Group (01795) Subsidiary Signed Construction Agreement
The announcement of Asia Dragon Group (01795) stated that on April 2, 2025, Amazing Ecotech (an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a construction agreement with contractor DINCO Construction Technology Corporation for the construction of the group's new production facility on the land. The construction price is 6,220.43 billion Vietnamese dong (approximately 1.798 billion Hong Kong dollars). The contractor is responsible for carrying out the engineering related to the project, which involves the construction of the group's new production facility at 6th Street, Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park, Thanh My Loi, Di An District, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam.
