The authorization obtained in one of Belgium's three regions is valid throughout the country. This decision makes Belgium the fifth EU country to approve Tesla, Inc.'s supervised FSD, following the Netherlands, Lithuania, Estonia, and Denmark. Denmark approved Tesla, Inc.'s FSD on Tuesday, with Belgium following soon after.
