Green Leaf Pharmaceuticals (02186) issued an announcement stating that all the prerequisites of the simultaneous repurchase as stated in the Transaction Agent Agreement have been met, and the simultaneous repurchase was completed on June 11, 2026. A portion of the total principal amount of the outstanding convertible bonds amounting to 89.74 million US dollars has been repurchased, accounting for approximately 49.9% of the initial principal amount of the convertible bonds. The company has arranged for Citibank N.A. to cancel the repurchased bonds.
LUYE PHARMA (02186) announced that all the preconditions set out in the trading agent agreement for the concurrent share repurchase have been met, and the concurrent share repurchase was completed on June 11, 2026. A portion of the existing convertible bonds with a total principal amount of $89.74 million has been repurchased, representing approximately 49.9% of the initial principal amount of the existing convertible bonds. The company has instructed Citibank N.A. to arrange for the cancellation of the repurchased bonds.
As of the completion of the concurrent share repurchase and the date of this announcement, the total outstanding principal amount of the existing convertible bonds is approximately $90.26 million.
