Dental One (02651) has announced that due to the termination of the contract with the current company secretary services provider, Ms. Po Suyee has resigned as the Joint Company Secretary of the company and the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, as well as the company's legal process agent in Hong Kong for the receipt of legal documents and notices pursuant to Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) of Hong Kong and Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules, with effect from June 11, 2026. Ms. Hui Liman continues to serve as one of the Joint Company Secretaries of the company, while Ms. Lau Hungsin continues to serve as one of the authorized representatives of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules.
DAZHONG DENTAL (02651) announcement: Due to the termination of the existing company secretary service provider contract, Ms. Bao Suyi has resigned as joint company secretary of the company, as well as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the company's legal process agent in Hong Kong under Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, Section 16 and Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules, effective from June 11, 2026. Ms. Xu Liman will continue to serve as one of the joint company secretaries, while Ms. Liu Hongchan will continue to serve as one of the authorized representatives under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules.
Mr. Wong Kudong has been appointed as joint company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent, effective from June 11, 2026.
