KINGWORLD (01110) announced that on June 11, 2026, its related party Jincheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Jincheng) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Dongguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine (Dongguan TCM Hospital) regarding the research and development of the products "Purple Bead Leaf Cleanser" and "Jiawei Tianma Brain Health Formula". The parties intend to collaborate on the clinical research, regulatory registration, and commercialization of the products. On June 11, 2026, the related party Jincheng has also signed a memorandum of understanding with the company, wherein Jincheng intends to appoint the company and/or its wholly-owned subsidiary as the sole and exclusive distributor for the products "Purple Bead Leaf Cleanser" and "Jiawei Tianma Brain Health Formula". The proposed distribution will cover the distribution of the products in Hong Kong, mainland China, and cross-border e-commerce channels.
