Minmetals Resources Limited (01208) announced that its non-wholly owned subsidiary, Minera Las Bambas S.A. (Borrower), has entered into a revolving loan agreement (Revolving Loan Agreement) with China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (Lender). Under the Revolving Loan Agreement, the Lender has granted the Borrower a revolving loan in the amount of $125 million for a period of three years, for general funding purposes. The revolving loan can be drawn down during the financing period, and amounts that have been repaid can be drawn down again.
