On the news front, on the evening of June 10, WELLCELL H-NEW announced that on June 10, 2026, the company's major shareholder, WELLCELL H-NEW Group (as the seller), entered into three sales agreements to sell a total of 576 million shares of the company to three individuals at HK$0.3445 per share. After the sale of the shares is completed, assuming no changes in the company's equity structure and issued shares, the number of shares held by the WELLCELL H-NEW Group will decrease from 660 million shares to 88 million shares, representing approximately 2.2% of the total issued share capital of the company, and the WELLCELL H-NEW Group will no longer be the major shareholder of the company.
