After the sale of the shares is completed, assuming that there are no other changes to the company's equity structure and issued shares, the number of shares held by WELLCELL H-NEW Group will decrease from 664 million shares to 88 million shares, representing approximately 2.2% of the total issued share capital of the company, and WELLCELL H-NEW Group will no longer be the main shareholder of the company.
