The property is located at Building 1, Floors 7-13, Pengxia Siasun Robot & Automation Smart Manufacturing Park, No. 09 Huicheng Keyun 7 Road, Xinhui District, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province. The total construction area is 24,316.18 square meters with a land use area of 62,960 square meters designated for industrial use. The company's existing production capacity is expected to reach full capacity by the end of the year. As stated in the prospectus section "Future Plans and Use of Funds," the group plans to expand production facilities and increase capacity to meet the growing demand for its business. Specifically, the group plans to establish a new production base.
