The conference will be held in New Orleans, USA from June 5 to 8, 2026. It is reported that the top-line data of the phase 2b ENLIGHT study conducted by Yinuo Pharmaceuticals' independently developed I Sugapaglupeptide in Chinese overweight/obese patients met the main study endpoint. The study, which used a randomized double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter design, enrolled a total of 200 overweight and obese adults without diabetes, evaluating the efficacy and safety of I Sugapaglupeptide treatment in doses ranging from 5 to 20 mg for 18 weeks. The results showed that the weight in each dose group decreased significantly from baseline, outperforming the placebo group, and the weight loss effect was positively correlated with the dose. During the treatment period, patients in the I Sugapaglupeptide group showed a continuous downward trend in weight, with no observed plateau phase.
