HUASHI GROUP (01111): Proposed Appointment of Zhonghuan Xianggang as the New Auditor

HUASHI GROUP (01111) announces that Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (Deloitte) will serve as the independent auditor for the company for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. Deloitte will retire at the end of the company's annual general meeting on June 26, 2026. Upon recommendation from the audit committee, the board of directors proposes to appoint Crowe (Hong Kong) Forensic Accounting Limited (Crowe Hong Kong) as the new auditor for the company after Deloitte's retirement. The appointment will be effective from the end of the annual general meeting of shareholders until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders. However, approval must be obtained by shareholders at the annual general meeting through an ordinary resolution before the appointment can take effect.
