Hangzhou Tigermed Consulting (03347) announced that the board of directors has approved the election of Dr. Ye Xiaoping as the Chairman of the sixth board of directors. His term will start from the date of the board's approval (June 2, 2026) until the end of the term of the sixth board of directors. The board of directors has also approved the members of the sixth board of directors committees as follows: the Audit Committee will be composed of Mr. Xiao Yaoxi, Mr. Yuan Huagang, and Ms. Liu Yuwen, with Mr. Xiao Yaoxi as the chairman; the Compensation and Appraisal Committee will be composed of Mr. Yuan Huagang, Mr. Xiao Yaoxi, and Ms. Cao Xiaochun, with Mr. Yuan Huagang as the chairman; the Strategy Committee will be composed of Dr. Ye Xiaoping, Mr. Wu Hao, and Mr. Yuan Huagang, with Dr. Ye Xiaoping as the chairman; and the Nomination Committee will be composed of Ms. Liu Yuwen, Mr. Wen Zengyu, and Mr. Xiao Yaoxi, with Ms. Liu Yuwen as the chairman. The term of office for the committee members will start from the date of the board's approval (June 2, 2026) until the end of the term of the sixth board of directors. The board of directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Wen Zengyu as the company's CEO, Mr. Wu Hao as the company's Co-President, Mr. Peng Yifei as the company's Chief Operating Officer, and Ms. Yang Chengcheng as the company's Chief Financial Officer. The board of directors has also approved the change of the company's legal representative from Ms. Cao Xiaochun to Mr. Wen Zengyu. The board of directors has approved the appointment of Ms. Li Xiaori as the board secretary and Ms. Ruan Xinhui as the company's securities affairs representative, with their terms starting from the date of the board's approval (June 2, 2026) until the end of the term of the sixth board of directors.
