As a result, the company has decided to raise its full-year sales and profit expectations for the 2026 fiscal year.
For the three months ending on May 2nd, Victoria's Secret's net sales increased by 15% to $1.56 billion, exceeding the market's expectation of $1.52 billion. This marks the company's fourth consecutive quarter of revenue growth. In the period, the company's adjusted earnings per share reached $0.60, far surpassing the market's previous expectation of $0.30.
Based on the strong performance in the first quarter, the company has raised its full-year net sales expectations for the 2026 fiscal year from the previous $6.85 billion to $6.95 billion, to $7.03 billion to $7.13 billion; the full-year adjusted operating income expectations have also been significantly increased from the previous $430 million to $460 million to $550 million to $580 million.
