Kaisun Group (300257.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Kaisun Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Kaisun Holdings"), plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 9.9364 million shares (1% of the total share capital of the company) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after fifteen trading days from the date of the announcement (June 25, 2026).
