San Chuan Wisdom (stock code: 300066.SZ) announced that the company plans to transfer its 57.7634% equity in "Jingchuan Water Service Co., Ltd." (referred to as "Jingchuan Water Service") to Yingtan Longhushan Scenic Area Longxing State-owned Assets Operation Management (Group) Co., Ltd. at an assessed price of 3.6937 million yuan. After the completion of this transaction, the company will no longer hold equity in Jingchuan Water Service.
Sanchuan Wisdom Technology (300066.SZ) announced that the company plans to transfer its 57.7634% stake in Jingchuan Water Company Limited (referred to as "Jingchuan Water") to Yingtan Longhushan Scenic Area Longxing State-owned Assets Operation and Management (Group) Co., Ltd. for an evaluation price of 3.6937 million yuan. After the completion of this transaction, the company will no longer hold any equity in Jingchuan Water.
