Shenzhen Sunxing Light Alloys Materials (603978.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ganzhou Songhui Fluorine New Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Ganzhou Songhui"), has successfully completed the safety facility acceptance for the investment and construction of the boron trifluoride project. Ganzhou Songhui recently obtained the "Safety Production License" issued by the Jiangxi Provincial Emergency Management Department. The acquisition of this "Safety Production License" marks the formal entry of Ganzhou Songhui's boron trifluoride product into the production stage. This will further optimize the company's industrial layout, build a diversified product system, and help enhance the company's competitiveness and profitability. The main raw material for boron trifluoride, potassium fluoborate, is provided by the wholly-owned subsidiary Songyan New Energy Materials (Quannan) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Songyan New Energy"). The mixture of potassium hydrogen sulfate and sulfuric acid generated during the production of boron trifluoride does not need to be treated and can be returned to Songyan New Energy as raw materials for producing potassium fluoborate, achieving comprehensive utilization of industrial chain resources, reducing production costs, and benefiting from industrial synergy advantages.
