Zhongnan Media (601098.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hunan Xinhua Bookstore Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hunan Xinhua Bookstore") has signed a "Government Procurement Contract Agreement" with the Hunan Provincial Department of Education, with a total contract value of approximately 967 million yuan.
China South Publishing & Media Group (601098.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hunan Xinhua Bookstore Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hunan Xinhua Bookstore"), has signed a government procurement contract agreement with the Hunan Provincial Department of Education. The total contract price is approximately 967 million yuan.
Through the signing of this procurement contract, the company continues to be a supplier of free compulsory education textbooks in Hunan Province for the year 2026, established teaching supplementary learning resources (such as dictionaries for first-grade students), special education reading materials, and local curriculum textbooks. This ensures the stability of the company's main business income and has a positive impact on the company's production and operation in 2026.
