LENOVO GROUP (00992) rose by more than 8%, hitting a high of 27.42 Hong Kong dollars in midday trading to set a new historical high. As of the time of writing, it was up by 6.1% at 26.78 Hong Kong dollars, with a trading volume of 19.78 billion Hong Kong dollars. On the news front, on June 1st, Nvidia officially announced its entry into the personal computer processor market, focusing on the general computing chip market for computers. Nvidia CEO Huang Renxun announced at the Taipei International Computer Show that mainstream PC brands such as Dell and Lenovo will start releasing laptops and desktops equipped with RTX Spark super chips starting this fall. Earlier, Dell and Lenovo's latest financial reports beat market expectations. Lenovo Group's AI transformation achievements are fully realized, with AI-related revenue expected to increase by 105% year-on-year in the 2025/2026 fiscal year, accounting for 33% of total revenue. In the fourth quarter, AI revenue growth remained high at 84%, with quarterly net profit doubling. Its core AI infrastructure business, ISG, successfully achieved profitability. Huatai believes that Lenovo's business as a core link in the AI field, and as one of the few technology companies operating core businesses in both China and the United States, is expected to continue benefiting from the resonance wave of mixed artificial intelligence development in China and the United States, or the common denominator in the AI technology industry between the two countries. Haitong also stated that based on Dell's stock price reaction, integrated machine manufacturers with AI server delivery capabilities, supply chain organization capabilities, and large customer order capabilities are being revalued, and Lenovo is expected to see a central uplift in valuation.
