Beitung Data Intelligence Cayman Holdings Limited (referred to as Beitung Data Intelligence) submitted its Hong Kong stock listing prospectus on December 2, 2025 for a period of 6 months, which expired on June 2, 2026, with Haitong International as its exclusive sponsor at the time of submission. According to the previous prospectus, Beitung Data Intelligence is a leading data empowerment company in the Chinese medical and health industry. The company has built an intelligent data platform for the medical and health industry based on assets and industry expertise from Beijing Vastdata Technology, leveraging its proven and scalable business model, as well as industry synergies, to achieve full lifecycle coverage of medical and health industry products and seamless integration across all channels in the pharmaceutical distribution field. According to Frost & Sullivan's report, Beitung Data Intelligence pioneered the Direct Data Interchange (DDI) solution within China Meheco Group and the medical device industry in 2009. The DDI model enables direct, structured, and automated data exchange between manufacturers and numerous distributors and sales terminals, enhancing data accuracy, strengthening traceability in complex distribution networks, and supporting more efficient channel supervision and compliance management. According to Frost & Sullivan's report, in 2024, Beitung Data Intelligence ranked second among third-party digital service providers for China Meheco Group and medical device companies based on revenue.
