Huige Environmental (02613) announced that Mr. Shu Huadong (Mr. Shu) has resigned as an executive director and the Chief Financial Officer of the company, as well as the Chief Financial Officer of Conti Ocean Environment Tech Co., Limited and Wavelength Technology Center, LDA, all effective from June 1, 2026, in order to devote more time to other work and personal matters. After resignation, Mr. Shu will no longer serve as a member of the company's Remuneration Committee.
