SIMCERE PHARMA (02096) and Puqi Pharmaceuticals have entered into an exclusive promotion service agreement for Pumeixiti gel.
Sinopharm Holdings (02096) announced that on June 1, 2026, the Group and Beijing Puqi Pharmaceuticals Technology Co., Ltd. (Puqi Pharmaceuticals) entered into an exclusive promotion service agreement for Pumei Sitini Gel (the Agreement). Under the Agreement, the Group will obtain exclusive promotion rights for Pumei Sitini Gel in all indications in the field of dermatology in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau. Currently, the new drug application (NDA) for Pumei Sitini Gel for the indication of atopic dermatitis (AD) in adults and adolescents has been accepted by the Center for Drug Evaluation (CDE) of the National Medical Products Administration. This collaboration will further strengthen the Group's product layout in the field of autoimmune diseases.
