China Aircraft Leasing (01848) announced that on June 1, 2026 (after trading hours), a wholly-owned subsidiary special purpose entity of the Company (the seller) entered into a Purchase Agreement with the buyer, Global & Nippon Network Co., Ltd., pursuant to which the seller agreed to sell, and the buyer agreed to purchase, two Airbus A321-271NX aircraft.
