All the preconditions under the subscription agreement have been met, and the subscription was completed on June 1, 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. The total of 19.77 million shares of subscribed shares have been successfully issued to the subscribers at a subscription price of 0.42 Hong Kong dollars per share according to the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. The net proceeds from the subscription (after deducting professional fees and other related costs and expenses) are approximately 8 million Hong Kong dollars, which will be used for the purposes stated in this announcement.
