Oriental Media Group (00018) announced that starting from June 1, 2026: Mr. Ma Chengfa, Executive Director and Chairman of the Board, has been appointed as the Group Chairman; and Mr. Ma Jinghao, previously Executive Director and Vice Chairman, has been reassigned as Executive Director and Group Chairman.
