Rongchang Biology (09995) announced that on June 1, 2026, the company further entered into the SPDB Yantai Branch Wealth Management Product Agreement No. 8 with SPDB Yantai Branch, pursuant to which the company agreed to purchase wealth management products from SPDB Yantai Branch with idle self-owned funds of 300 million Chinese yuan.
REMEGEN (09995) issued a notice that on June 1, 2026, the company further entered into Agreement 8 of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank wealth management product with the Yantai branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank. Under this agreement, the company agreed to purchase wealth management products from Shanghai Pudong Development Bank's Yantai branch using 300 million yuan of idle own funds.
