SUNNY OPTICAL (02382): Independent non-executive director Cheng Yunfeng appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Sunny Optical (02382) announced that Ms. Tang Huiyi has resigned from her position as an independent non-executive director to dedicate more time to personal matters, effective from June 1, 2026. She will also no longer serve as the Chairperson of the Board Audit Committee, Compensation Committee, and Nomination Committee. Ms. Cheng Yunfeng, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Audit Committee, effective from June 1, 2026. The composition of the Board Committees from June 1, 2026, will be as follows: (1) Audit Committee members include Ms. Cheng Yunfeng (Chairperson), Mr. Feng Huajun, and Mr. Chen Gang; (2) Compensation Committee members include Mr. Chen Gang (Chairperson), Mr. Ni Wenjun, and Ms. Cheng Yunfeng; and (3) Nomination Committee members include Mr. Feng Huajun (Chairperson), Mr. Wang Wenjian, Mr. Chen Gang, and Ms. Cheng Yunfeng.
