AKESO (09926) announced that a total of more than 40 clinical research results of innovative drugs independently developed by the company were officially released at the 2026 Annual Meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO). The research mainly focuses on the company's globally pioneering dual-antibody core products, Cadunilumab (PD-1/CTLA-4), Ivosixi (PD-1/VEGF), as well as the next-generation CD47 monoclonal antibody Lefali, covering a wide range of areas such as non-small cell lung cancer, small cell lung cancer, colorectal cancer, renal cancer, melanoma, gastrointestinal cancer, head and neck cancer, gynecological tumors, and bile duct cancer, fully demonstrating the breakthrough and extensive clinical value of the company's innovative drugs. The research results of HARMONi-6/AK112-306 were majorly announced by the principal investigator, Professor Lu Shun from the Department of Oncology at Shanghai Chest Hospital, at the 2026 ASCO Annual Meeting (Plenary Session), and simultaneously published in the top international medical journal The Lancet. This is the first first-in-class new drug phase III clinical trial results from China to be selected for the latest breakthrough abstract (LBA) and ASCO Plenary Session presentation in 61 years, indicating that the research not only has significant theoretical breakthroughs but will also directly reshape clinical guidelines and practices. HARMONi-6/AK112-306 (NCT 05840016 / CTR20231272) is a randomized, controlled, multicenter phase III clinical study evaluating the combination of Ivosixi and chemotherapy compared to Taxorinumab and chemotherapy as first-line treatment for advanced sq-NSCLC. The primary endpoint of the study is progression-free survival (PFS) assessed by the IRRC based on RECIST v1.1, and key secondary endpoints include overall survival (OS).
