Zenergy (03677) announced that the board of supervisors has received the resignation letter from Mr. Hong Ping, the supervisor of the company. Mr. Hong will resign from his position as a supervisor due to other work arrangements. His resignation will take effect from the date of the election of the proposed supervisor at the company's annual general meeting in 2025. Before that, Mr. Hong will continue to fulfill his duties as a supervisor. At the same time, the board of supervisors has nominated Mr. Wu Hao as the supervisor. The company will propose the election of Mr. Wu as the supervisor of the first board of supervisors at the annual general meeting of the company.
