Niu Mansi (02530) announced that on May 29, 2026, the Group sold a total of 3 million shares of Lenovo Group in the open market for a total consideration of approximately 71.3 million Hong Kong dollars (including stamp duty and related expenses). The average selling price of the 3 million shares of Lenovo Group was approximately 23.75 Hong Kong dollars per share. After completing the sale of Lenovo Group shares, the Group's ownership of Lenovo Group shares will be reduced to 1 million shares.
