China Kings Resources Group (603505.SH) announced that, in accordance with the supervision spirit of the mining and emergency management authorities, underground mining enterprises in Zhejiang Province will be inspected and reviewed one by one according to strict standards. To cooperate with the inspection and review work mentioned above, the underground mines owned by the company in Zhejiang Province have recently undergone inspections, or have temporarily suspended operations for self-inspection, waiting for review and acceptance. Zhejiang Dajinzhuang Mining Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dajinzhuang Mining") received a written notice from the local emergency management department, requiring the rectification of existing safety hazards by June 15, 2026, and to stop mining operations until the rectification is approved. Zhejiang Suichang Zhengzhongying Stone Processing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongzhongying") has undergone a preliminary review by the local emergency management department and is planning to submit an application for resumption of work soon. With approval from the local emergency management department, production and operations can resume. Other mines located in Zhejiang Province owned by the company, including Zhejiang Changshan Jinxin Mining Co., Ltd., Longquan Feikuang Mining Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Lanxi Jinchang Mining Co., Ltd., are currently undergoing self-inspections and rectifications in accordance with the supervision spirit. They have temporarily suspended operations, waiting for the emergency management authorities to conduct individual reviews and inspections or to request rectifications.
