Recently, the Cyberspace Administration of China, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security jointly issued the "Key Points for Improving the Digital Literacy and Skills of the entire population by 2026."
Recently, the Cyberspace Administration of China, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security jointly issued the "Key Points for Improving National Digital Literacy and Skills by 2026" (referred to as the "Key Points" below). The "Key Points" deploys 15 key tasks in six aspects. The first is to improve the digital literacy cultivation system, including strengthening the supply of digital resources and expanding channels for improving digital literacy. The second is to deepen the construction of digital application scenarios, including improving the quality of digital life, enhancing digital work capabilities, and stimulating digital innovation vitality. The third is to enhance the overall AI literacy of the people, including strengthening the empowering education of AI, accelerating the cultivation of AI talents, and deepening the popularization and application of AI. The fourth is to promote inclusive and equitable digital development, including deepening the construction of barrier-free information environments and creating digital public welfare projects for the elderly. The fifth is to create a safe and orderly cyberspace, including guiding the public to use the internet in a civilized and legal manner, strengthening the awareness of cyber security protection for all, and promoting the safe and standardized development of AI. The sixth is to improve the coordinated and collaborative working mechanism, including enhancing multi-party collaboration mechanisms and deepening international exchanges and cooperation.
