Arcplus Group PLC (600629.SH) plans to invest 100 million yuan to participate in the fifth phase of the Alliance Rise Fund.
China Construction Group (600629.SH) issued an announcement, the company plans to subscribe for 100 million yuan in capital through its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Yunzhu Investment Co., Ltd. using its own funds, and participate as a limited partner in Shanghai Liansheng Chengmin Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Liansheng Fifth Phase Fund").
Arcplus Group PLC (600629.SH) announced that the company plans to make a capital contribution of 100 million yuan through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Yunzhu Investment Co., Ltd., to participate in the Shanghai Liangsheng Chengmin Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Liangsheng Fifth Phase Fund") as a limited partner.
It is reported that the target size of the Liangsheng Fifth Phase Fund is 10-15 billion yuan, focusing on projects in the fields of next-generation information technology, medical technology, as well as new materials and new energy with significant scientific and technological innovation attributes. Currently, the fund is in the follow-on fundraising period, and if the 1 billion yuan to be contributed by Yunzhu Investment in the follow-on fundraising is included, the total capital commitment of the fund will reach 9.15 billion yuan.
