Huadian Power (01071) announced that at the annual shareholders' meeting, Mr. Liu Lei, Mr. Li Quancheng, and Mr. Li Guoming were elected and appointed as executive directors of the eleventh board of directors; Mr. Zhu Peng, Mr. Zeng Qinghua, Ms. Cao Min, and Ms. Lin Lin were elected and appointed as non-executive directors of the eleventh board of directors; Mr. Wang Yuesheng, Ms. Shen Ling, Mr. Huang Kemeng, and Ms. Su Min were elected and appointed as independent non-executive directors of the eleventh board of directors. In accordance with Chinese laws and regulations and the company's articles of association, the company elected Mr. Zhu Yueguang (Mr. Zhu) as the staff director of the eleventh board of directors through a democratic process, with a term from May 28, 2026, until the expiration of the term of the eleventh board of directors.
