Following the recommendation of the audit committee, it has been decided to appoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as the new auditor after KPMG retires. The appointment will be until the end of the next annual general meeting, subject to approval by shareholders at the meeting. Deloitte must also complete the client acceptance process before being formally appointed as the new auditor for the company.
