CIG (603083.SH): Authorizes distribution of new H shares through general offering.
Cambridge Technology (603083.SH) announced that the company plans to issue offshore listed shares (H shares) in accordance with the proposal "Proposal of Shanghai Cambridge Technology Co., Ltd. to request shareholders' meeting to grant the board of directors general authorization to issue H shares" approved by the shareholders' meeting in 2025.
CIG (603083.SH) announcement, the company plans to issue overseas-listed shares (H shares) according to the proposal of "Shanghai CIG Co., Ltd.'s Proposal to Submit to the Shareholders' Meeting for General Authorization for the Board of Directors to Issue H Shares" approved at the 2025 annual shareholders meeting.
According to the placement agreement, the company has agreed to appoint joint placement agents and the placement agents have agreed to act as joint placement agents for the company. They will make efforts to ensure that no fewer than six underwriters subscribe for 15.6 million new shares issued by the company at a placement price of HK$126.66 per share under the general authorization for issuance.
