Denway Motors (01692) announced that as indicated in the board letter "Re-election of Retiring Directors" in the notice of the annual general meeting of shareholders, Mr. Zhao Weiguang (Mr. Zhao) had previously informed the board that he decided to devote more time to personal matters and would not seek re-election, and would retire as an executive director at the end of the annual general meeting of shareholders. At the end of the annual general meeting of shareholders, Mr. Zhao had retired as an executive director.
TOWNRAY HLDGS(01692) announces that as stated in the notice of the Annual General Meeting to shareholders, Mr. Zhao Weiguang (Mr. Zhao) had previously informed the board of directors of his decision to invest more time in personal matters and not seek re-election, and will retire as executive director at the end of the Annual General Meeting. Mr. Zhao has retired as executive director at the end of the Annual General Meeting.
In a announcement dated April 14, 2026, it is suggested to appoint Mr. Li Bowen, Ms. Dong Mingyao, and Mr. Lu Heqiang as executive directors. As the resolution to appoint Mr. Li, Ms. Dong, and Mr. Lu as executive directors has been approved at the Annual General Meeting, their appointments have taken effect since the end of the Annual General Meeting.
