QYUNS-B (02509) announced that the company has received a milestone payment from partner F.Hoffmann-LaRoche Ltd ("Roche") on May 27, 2026. The payment was triggered by the completion of the phase I clinical trial of the QX031N (Roche research code: RG6981) project and the first dosing of a participant. The QX031N project has conducted a phase I, first-in-human trial in New Zealand, which is a randomized, double-blind study with both researchers and participants, placebo-controlled, single and multiple dose escalation, parallel group study. The goal of the trial is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of QX031N in healthy subjects, patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and asthma patients. The study completed the first dosing of a participant on March 27, 2026. On October 28, 2025, the company entered into a global exclusive collaboration and licensing agreement with Roche, granting Roche the global exclusive rights to develop, manufacture, and commercialize QX031N.
