Kuangda Technology Group (002516.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhuzhou Kuangda Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhuzhou Kuangda"), has invested 30 million RMB in establishing a wholly-owned subsidiary, Chongqing Kuangda Automotive Interiors Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chongqing Kuangda"), using its own funds, and has simultaneously started the construction of a production base. The business operations planned by Chongqing Kuangda include composite processing, production, and sales of car seat covers and interior parts, as well as the localization and customization of interior materials. Establishing a company in Chongqing and building a production base is a key move for the company to implement the "Big Transportation" strategy and complete the national production capacity layout. The aim is to achieve vertical extension and horizontal coordination of the industrial chain through regionalized supporting services.
