The Hang Seng Tech Index will include SpaceX.
On May 27, Hang Seng Index Company announced that there will be updates to the calculation method of the Hang Seng HK-America Tech Index. SpaceX (stock code: SPCX.O) will be added to the designated list of American component stocks (currently: the seven tech giants).
The weights of the eight U.S. listed component stocks will be recalculated to equal weights after the 7th trading day of SpaceX, and the weights of the new and updated component stocks will take effect after the 11th trading day of SpaceX. The above changes will be confirmed when SpaceX goes public.
