Shenghe Biological-B (02898) announced that at the board meeting held on May 26, 2026, the Board passed a resolution to (i) establish an independent investigation committee to conduct independent forensic investigations on the matter; (ii) appoint Mr. Chen Xiangrong, Ms. Feng Lan, and Mr. Shi Luwen as the initial members of the independent investigation committee, with Mr. Chen Xiangrong serving as the chairman of the independent investigation committee; and (iii) authorize the independent investigation committee to have all necessary powers, authorizations, and rights to fulfill its duties, including but not limited to overseeing the independent investigation and related work, selecting appropriate independent service providers to assist in the independent investigation, and approving the company's quarterly resumption progress updates announcements.
