Ankai Bus (000868.SZ) announced that Anhui Province Investment Group Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Provincial Investment Group"), a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings through centralized bidding within 90 calendar days after 15 trading days from the date of the preliminary disclosure of the reduction plan, not exceeding 9.3951 million shares (i.e., not more than 1% of the total share capital of the company).
Anhui Ankai Automobile (000868.SZ) announced that its shareholder Anhui Provincial Investment Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Provincial Investment Group") plans to sell no more than 9.3951 million shares of the company (or 1% of the total share capital) through centralized bidding within 90 days after 15 trading days from the pre-disclosure of the reduction plan.
