Appointment of Zhu Jiangtao as Chairman of CMSC(06099)
CMB Securities (06099) announced that on May 26, 2026, the board of directors has appointed Mr. Zhu Jiangtao as the chairman, with a term from May 26, 2026 until the expiration of the eighth term of the board of directors. Due to work arrangements, Mr. Zhu Jiangtao resigned from the position of CEO on May 26, 2026. The company will soon complete the selection of a new CEO in accordance with relevant regulations. During the vacancy of the CEO, Mr. Zhu Jiangtao will temporarily act as the CEO.
