According to Xinhua News Agency, on the 24th, Fox News Channel of the United States quoted an unnamed U.S. official as saying that the framework agreement between the United States and Iran is currently "95% completed." Both sides have reached agreement on the "nuclear reserves" of Iran and the issue of the Strait of Hormuz, and are currently negotiating on the "wording".
The unnamed U.S. official denied the possibility of the United States reaching an agreement with Iran soon, saying: "We have not reached an agreement yet and will not sign an agreement today or tomorrow." He speculated that U.S. President Trump may give negotiators from both sides 5 to 7 days to reach an agreement.
